Account Deletion Policy
This policy outlines the process for deleting your TeamOrbit HRMS account and all associated data.
Account Deletion Methods:
You can delete your TeamOrbit HRMS account using one of the following methods, based on the number of employees onboarded in the system:
For Accounts with Fewer Than 3 Employees:
- If your account has fewer than three employees, you can directly delete it through your account settings.
- Navigate to:
Settings → Control & Permissions → Delete Account - Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.
For Accounts with 3 or More Employees:
- If your account has three or more employees, you’ll need to submit an account deletion request.
- You can do this in two ways:
- Through the TeamOrbit Platform:
- While the direct delete option may not be available due to employee data, you can still submit a request by contacting TeamOrbit Support.
- By Email:
- Send an email to support@teamorbit.com requesting account deletion.
- Through the TeamOrbit Platform:
Deletion Process:
- Once your request is received, TeamOrbit will initiate a verification process within 72 hours.
- This may involve contacting you to confirm the request.
- Upon successful verification, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 21 working days from the initial request.
